Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), Effurun Foundation Programme Admission Form 2015/2016 Is Out

The Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), Effurun, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Foundation Programme for the 2015/2016 session.

The programme leads to the award of Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Certificate which shall enable candidates to gain Direct Entry admission into 200 level of the disciplines offered by FUPRE and other Universities in Nigeria and abroad. The duration of the programme is one academic session of two (2) semesters. It is strictly a non-residential programme.

The following subject combinations are available:

Sciences: i) Biology/Chemistry/Geography
ii) Biology/Chemistry/Physics
Engineering: Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics
Management Science: Economics/Accounting/Government

For admission into FUPRE and other affiliate institutions, each candidate, in addition to passing the prescribed JUPEB examination in order to obtain the Direct Entry Certificate, must satisfy all admission requirements prescribed by the Departments and Colleges of choice.

Candidates seeking admission into the FUPRE Foundation Programme must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in at least five (5) subjects at O’ Level, including English Language and Mathematics at not more than 2 sittings in the GCE, SSCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB.

Application fee is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000). Visit www.fupre.edu.ng to register online.

The school fees is Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000). The school fees is payable when admission is offered before registration is completed.

Deadline for submission of application form is Friday, September 25, 2015.
